Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Thoi Son Islet – Ben Tre – Can Tho

Early in the morning, you will gather at Vietravel office - 190 Pasteur, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. The car and tour guide will pick you up and depart for the West via the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong highway. On the way, you will have the opportunity to admire the vast rice fields and peaceful countryside scenery on both sides of the road.

First stop: My Tho – Mekong River Cruise

After breakfast at the stop, the group arrives at My Tho tourist wharf, starting the journey to explore the river region:

• Admire Rach Mieu Bridge – the first cable-stayed bridge designed and constructed by Vietnamese engineers. Here, visitors are introduced to the four famous islands: Long – Lan – Quy – Phung .
