MY TAM TRAVEL CAR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Included Items
Included with the vehicle rental are the following: all tires, tools, vehicle documents, accessories, as well as equipment. The renter agrees to all conditions and terms printed on this contract and to the information written on the contract with the same contract number and date as these car rental terms.

2. Contract Agreement

• The renter fully agrees to the terms and conditions of this contract and has received a copy thereof.
• The renter confirms having received the aforementioned vehicle and its accessories in proper and safe condition.

3. Vehicle Return Policy

• The renter agrees to return the vehicle to the office on the agreed-upon date and place, as written in the contract, or earlier if My Tam Travel insists.
• Should the vehicle not be returned at the agreed time, a fee equal to 1/3 of the daily rate shall be charged for each hour of delay.

4. Renter's Responsibilities

• You are responsible to us if the vehicle is lost or damaged, as well as for traffic fines and other charges that arise during the rental period.
• You should inspect the vehicle for damage before you drive away and record any variations on the vehicle condition report. This helps to avoid damage disputes upon return.
• You may incur additional charges if you return the vehicle at a different time or place than agreed with us, or if it is in a particularly dirty or smelly condition.
• Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited. In case of any smelly condition, additional charges may apply.

5. Driver Requirements

• The renter must be over 18 years old and have a valid Driver's License.

6. Area of Use

• The renter is not allowed to drive the vehicle out of the territory of Vietnam without a no-objection certificate issued by our company.

7. Procedure in Case of an Accident

• In case of an accident, you must report it to our office immediately and also to the nearest police station. You must not leave the scene before the police arrive.

8. Fees and Fines

• You are responsible for all traffic fines, road tolls, congestion charges, and other similar charges like parking fines or fees, incurred in relation to the vehicle during your rental.

9. Insurance

• Please read the rental agreement carefully to understand your obligations for the use of the vehicle and be aware that your insurance may be voided if you are in breach of the contract.

10. Security Deposit

• For security reasons, the renter (especially tourists) must provide his/her passport or a security deposit for the duration of the vehicle rental. We will return it to the renter after receiving the vehicle in good condition and after the settlement of all outstanding dues.

11. Fuel Policy

• The renter agrees to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as it was given by the company. If not, the renter will be charged the cost of the fuel.
